JACKSBORO, TX – With nearly 70% of the vote, conservative State Representative David Spiller defeats three republican challengers in the race for House District 68. Spiller will be returning to Austin for his first full term.

“I am humbled and honored by the support and trust shown by the voters to allow me to serve my first full term. I look forward to continuing our work together in Austin to advance and defend the conservative principles, values, and beliefs of the people of House District 68. Thank you to the 30,000 voters who came out to vote in this important primary election,” said Spiller.

A lifelong resident of Jacksboro, David has served his community through his work on the school board, serving as General Counsel to the hospital district, and City Attorney. David is President of Spiller Title and the Managing Partner at Spiller & Spiller law firm where he practices with his two sons, Mason and Reid. David and his wife Ginger have been married for 34 years and are members of First Baptist Church in Jacksboro.
