Ruby Nadine Wilbanks, 88 of Gorman, passed away Monday September 19, 2022 in Eastland, TX. Graveside services will be on September 22nd at 10 am at Flatwood Cemetery directed by Edward Funeral Home.
Pallbearers are; Jarod Norris, Brock Milloy, Steve Alvidrez, Clayton Snyder, Jay Loza and Tyson Degnan.
Nadine was born February 5, 1934 in Breckenridge, Tx to Kirby Childress and Nettie Bird Childress. She married Francis Bond and they had two daughters. She retired from Eastland Memorial where she worked as the Administrative Secretary under Helga Tiner. Nadine later married Harold Wilbanks and they enjoyed their life in Gorman until his death in 2008. She enjoyed playing Bridge with many friends over the years. She loved her dog Sommer and could be seen taking her for drives in the country side and many times Sommer was treated to McDonalds! She attended Kokomo Baptist Church.
Survivors include her daughters, Melody Norris and husband Dicky Norris of Flatwood and Darla DeVore of Gorman. She had 5 grandchildren, Kristi Loza and husband Jay Loza of Lubbock, Jessica Milloy and husband Brock Milloy of Seminole, Amanda Snyder and husband Clayton Snyder of Moran, Jarod Norris and wife Kate Norris of Lake Leon, Jenna Alvidrez and husband Steve Alvidrez of Seminole. She had 14 great grandchildren. Ryleigh Hallmark, Amberley Alvidrez, Ralston Alvidrez, Jaylin Milloy, Zoey Boyd, Jaycee Milloy, Jentry Milloy, Sawyer Boyd, Cyrus Snyder, Stetson Alvidrez, Aurick Snyder, Millie Snyder, Truett Alvidrez and Charlie Norris.
