EASTLAND COUNTY – Beginning Monday, August 12, TxDOT’s contractor will begin a culvert
replacement on FM 2526 in Eastland County, approximately 1.45 miles east of US 183.
A portion of FM 2526, near the intersection of CR 185, will be closed for the duration of
construction, as crews replace the culvert. Motorists will need to utilize an alternate route.
Digital message boards will be placed in advance of the work zone to notify motorists of the
closure.

It is estimated that work will be completed in three days, weather permitting.
