Tea Party Patriots Welcomes Chief Appraiser Randy Clark

Tea Party Patriots is pleased to welcome Randy Clark, Chief Appraiser for Eastland County Tax Appraisal District Thursday, October 10, at 6:30 p.m. Join us at the Myrtle Wilks Community Center in Cisco to share Randy’s well-informed explanations of:

  • Appraisal District Functions and Tax Collections
  • What to expect for 2019 taxes
  • Tax Rate adoption process, past and future
  • Legislative changes that affect the Appraisal District
  • Legislative changes that affect the taxing entities
  • Legislative changes that affect the taxpayers

Randy Clark grew up on a farm located southwest of Abilene where he attended Wylie ISD. From there he attained a Bachelor of Business Administration from Hardin-Simmons University. He married Christy Clark, of Abilene, in 2006 and has a 10-year-old son and 7-year-old daughter that attend Cisco ISD. In January of 2018, Christy lost her nearly three year battle with brain cancer. Randy is extremely grateful for living in such a close-knit community that walked alongside his family through this difficult time.
Prior to moving to Eastland County, Randy worked at an Appraisal Firm in Abilene from 2007 through 2011 until he began working for the Eastland County Appraisal District. Randy has served as the Eastland County Chief Appraiser since 2013.

Randy and his family are active members of the First Baptist Church of Eastland where he has served for the past 3 years as the Chairman of the Personnel Committee. He is also a member of the Eastland Rotary club where he has previously served as the Treasurer and enjoys serving and helping better the community.
