The Texas Parks & Wildlife Department (TPWD) will hold a public meeting addressing the development of Palo Pinto Mountains State Park in Palo Pinto & Stephens Counties, Texas. The meeting will be held on Wednesday, August 10, 2016, at the Fort Worth Botanic Garden, 3220 Botanic Garden Blvd, Ft. Worth, Texas, 76107. The meeting will take place from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m in the Oak Hall of the Garden Center.
The meeting will be held on Thursday, August 11, 2016, at the Strawn School cafeteria, 224 East Walnut Street, Strawn, Texas, 76475. The meeting will take place from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
The Meeting’s presentation will detail the proposed facilities and recreational use of the park. A public comment and Question & Answer period will follow the presentation.
Maps showing the proposed facilities and recreational use will be available for viewing at the Public Meeting.
All interested citizens are invited to attend this public meeting. Written comments regarding this project will be accepted until September 1, 2016.
