Darrell had many interests in his life. He was a big presence in his family’s life. He loved his children and his wife. There was no love purer. He adored his two grandsons and two great grandsons. He had the biggest smile when he talked about them and when speaking with them. He loved all of his family very much. He was employed with Texas Electric Service Company right after graduating from high school and retired after 37 years of service. He was very active for many years with his church, First Church of God aka Inspiration Church of God and the camp grounds associated with the church, Camp Inspiration.
