Daniel is a writer and political operative. In 2018 he joined Direct Action Texas, a nationally recognized organization in mail-in ballot fraud detection to serve as Executive Director. Prior to joining Direct Action, he ran a nonprofit focused on money in politics and operated a political research firm. Daniel has served in several capacities in and around the Texas conservative movement since 2006 when he helped start Texans for Fiscal Responsibility. He currently lives in Waco with his wife Karen and four children.
