Edward Julius Goldscheitter ,60 of Cisco, TX and formerly of Clinton Township, passed away unexpectedly in his home on Monday, January 4, 2021 due to natural causes. He was born August 27, 1960 in Harrison Township to Edward F. Goldscheitter, of Clinton Township and the late Carol Rita (Krumenacker) Goldscheitter. Edward has lived the past 23 years in Texas and prior to that a number of years in Georgia. He was a self-employed dairy farmer and of the Catholic Faith. Edward graduated from Knoch High School in 1978 and he will be forever remembered for his kindness, gentle nature and love of farming.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Carol (Krumenacker) Goldscheitter and survived by his father, Edward F Goldscheitter of Clinton Twp.; Edward’s surviving siblings include Maureen (Terry) Conner, of Mercer, Carolyn (Robert) Piskor, of Tarentum, Thomas (Kathy) Goldscheitter, of Winfield Twp., Maria (Gary) Vacca, of Clinton Twp., William (Gerri) Goldscheitter, of Clinton Twp., Barbara (Dennis) Cornetti, of Clinton Twp., James A. (Cheri) Goldscheitter, of Clinton Twp., and Linda (Tim) Orban, of Houston, TX. Also surviving are 23 nieces and nephews and their families, including 2 great nephews, countless extended family and friends and former wife Theresa Maurer and her children Adam and Katie.
Visitation will be 2-4 and 6-8 PM Tuesday in the Duster Funeral Home, Inc. 347 E 10th Ave, Tarentum, 724-224-1526.
