Eastland County COVID-19 Update, July 18, 2020

There have been 46 positive COVID-19 cases total in Eastland County. There are still 10 cases on quarantine (active). A person is considered off quarantine when it has been 10 days since symptoms began and 72 hours without any symptoms (off of Tylenol or ibuprofen). The breakdown of these cases are as follows:

  1. Cisco 23
  2. Eastland 13
  3. Ranger 4
  4. Gorman 3
  5. Rising Star 3

A few items to note:

  1. Each of these positive cases are all unique individuals. The positives are not counted twice even if the individual is tested again.
  2. The totals presented are only those who reside in Eastland County
  3. The list only includes tests that can be verified by a lab report. No positive is listed by word of mouth.

    What are the positive cases being treated with? Have any of the positive cases been hospitalized in Eastland County? Have there been any deaths in Eastland County caused by covid 19? Had they been wearing masks?
