Lance Bauslaugh, a Senior Vice President with Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF), will speak Thursday, July 10, 2025, at Tea Party Patriots of Eastland County. The presentation begins at 6:30 in the evening, at the Myrtle Wilks Community Center, 1498 West I 20 in Cisco. Bauslaugh will discuss a number of cases ADF is leading, including a recent flood of significant victories before the United States Supreme Court.
Bauslaugh is a philanthropy and stewardship professional with more than 20 years of experience. He serves as senior vice president of development with Alliance Defending Freedom.
Since joining ADF in 2013, Bauslaugh has focused on fundraising and developing the ministry’s impact and visibility. He develops strategic alliances by cultivating individual and philanthropic partnerships. He also fosters relationships with major ministry friends and potential donors.
Prior to his current role at ADF, Bauslaugh spent more than 15 years in the development industry, cultivating high-value relationships. He has worked as the vice president of philanthropy for ADF; a major gift officer for CRISTA Ministries; vice president of business development for Pursuant; and was the national director of team sales for Sterling Athletics.
A native of Seattle, Washington, Bauslaugh currently resides with his wife, Katie, and four children in Dallas, Texas.
