The City of Strawn released this information on Facebook this afternoon.

Thanks to a bunch of help, the water plant is currently working at 50% capacity. We are filling up the stand pipe now. We have identified 4 leaks on the city water lines. The crew is going to repair the leak on East Bruner then turn water back on. If all goes well, we will have water by 6 pm or so. Please conserve water once it comes back on. It may be a day or two before we are back to 100%.
