My Uncle Bill was a strong influence on my life, when I was growing up. Through the way he chose to live his own life, he showed me how to be a good, honest, and caring man. He showed me that my word had to be my bond, and that a handshake was all you needed when dealing with others in an honest and fair manner.

Rest in peace, Uncle Bill, and we take great comfort that you are now with Aunt Lona, Dad, Grandma and Grandpa, Phil, Dick, and all our other relatives that have gone on before us! You will live forever in our hearts, and you are in our prayers!!

    All our Love,
    Mark and Cynthia Rutledge
