Sunday Afternoon Program- Popular Diets: Fact and Fiction

Join the Gordon Center as we welcome Lynette Babcock, Palo Pinto County Extension agent, and Andrea Degelia, Eastland County Extension agent, for an afternoon of nutrition. Learn about some current trends in dieting (Paleo, Gluten-Free, Keto, etc.) and the facts and fiction involved with these, as well as how they can actually eat healthfully and mindfully in a balanced way. Participants will also have the opportunity to taste a recipe sample and check out the cookbook “Essentials” for more tips on healthy eating.
