Tuesday, September 4th at Noon First Christian Church Fellowship Hall, 215 S. Lamar, Eastland
History: In answer to a sudden rise in teen suicides within the county in the spring of 2011, Jim Wright felt led to ask his church family to come together and pray for the teenagers of the county. At the initial prayer meeting, many others attended. A month later the meeting was repeated and again many showed up. Since the people of Eastland County have begun praying together regularly, the attitude of our teens and pre-teens throughout Eastland County has continued to improve. We know we owe this to God who is answering our continued unified prayer for this county’s children.
