IESI Says “No Construction Material”

The City of Eastland and IESI are asking residents to not place construction materials such as sheetrock, lumber, plumbing items including but not limited to toilets and sinks, concrete, bricks, and stone in their curbside garbage containers. Instead customers are encouraged to take advantage of the City Convenience Center at the corner of Halbryan and Valley Street.

Due to the excessive weight these materials cause, IESI reserves the right to not empty a customer’s garbage container if they determine it contains construction materials.

Please contact City Hall at 629-3349 to make an appointment to drop items at the Convenience Center.
