Eastland County is accepting bids for Courthouse Second Floor Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning.

Bid packets may be obtained by contacting the Eastland County Auditor’s Office telephone 254-629-1082 or on the Eastland County website www.eastlandcountytexas.com.

“Courthouse HVAC Bid” shall be clearly marked on the front of the envelope.

 

BIDS WILL BE received and publicly acknowledged at a special called meeting of the Eastland County Commissioners’ Court, 100 W. Main Street, Suite 203, Eastland, Texas on Wednesday, May 18, 2011 at 9:00 a.m.

 

Payment will be made upon receipt and acceptance by the County of completed services and/or products ordered and receipt of a valid invoice, in accordance with the Texas Government Code, Chapter 2251. Successful bidder is required to pay subcontractors within ten (10) days.
