It’s that time once again to set your clocks back and hour as Daylight Savings Time ends. We finally get the hour of sleep back we lost when we had to ‘spring ahead’ at the beginning of Daylight Savings Time.
I’m sure one day the need to remind everyone to set their clocks will disappear as technology advances to have all time pieces set themselves. As it is, I only have one battery operated clock in the kitchen and the microwave to set in my house. Cell phones and tablets are used for alarm clocks and they will be making the time change right on time at 2:00 a.m. Sunday morning while I’m enjoying that extra hour of sleep.
Along with setting your clocks back, don’t forget that this is also the time to change the batteries in your smoke alarms.
