City of Ranger Notice of Public Hearing

Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Ranger, Texas will conduct a public hearing to obtain the views of the citizens regarding the proposed Utility rate increase. The public hearing will be held on Monday November 13, 2017, at 5:00 P.M. at 400 West Main St., Ranger, Texas. Following the public hearing at the regular council meeting, the City Council may vote on Ordinance 2017-11-13-F for the adoption of a utility rate increase. The public is encouraged to attend. A copy of the proposed rates are available at City Hall, 400 West Main St., please contact the City Secretary at 254-647-3522.

    Not a single person will think this is a good idea. Yes, lets pay even more for water than isn’t drinkable. No thanks.

    A increase for what ??? We already pay twice what eastland pays and you can drink their water, nothings gotten done finished with monies before to fix water what will be done now ???
