After a networking lunch in the Capitol Grill, the moved to a Committee Room for insights from lobbyists about their working relationship with lawmakers and a closing message on “Finding Your Leadership Role in the Community” by leadership development advocate Rick Rhodes.

Facilitators Nicki Harle and Lee Harle lead a discussion to recap the day and gave information on the upcoming session in January, “County Government in Action”.
