Ranger College’s Baseball Field gets a fresh look for the spring season as the “Ellis Burks & Family: Baseball Complex” sign is by erected by the Ranger College Maintenance team. Steve Lewis supervises as Kenny Edwards and Kyle Lumetta pour the concrete base to secure the new sign. Ranger College’s first home game of the season is Saturday, February 4th against Eastfield College. Come out and support Ranger College Baseball!

Several students from Student Support Services proudly mans their lighted float in the recent Ranger Christmas Parade.

Herman Glueck mans the controls of his trusty “Bubbie B” John Deere tractor as he with the help of international student, Nonna Shlygina, Saint Petersburg, Russian native, spread Christmas cheer at the Ranger Christmas Parade.

Ashley Biering, Stephanie Lowther, Georgios Pappapetrou, and Chance Billups, Phi Theta Kappa officers, ride the college honor society float in the Ranger Christmas Parade. Dr. Jerry Glidewell and Lance Hawvermale designed the moving Reindeer pulling Santa’s sleigh.  

Ranger College and the Ranger College Board of Regents recognizes the recipients of Who’s Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges, back row from the left: Chance Billups, Desiree Wiley, Geogrios Papapetrou, Jake Rassau, Ashley Biering, Bridget Gray, front row from the left: Rene Stripling, Tavon Thomas, Winston Edwards, Hannah Thompson, Isabel Bahena. These students were honored for their outstanding academic prowess and exhibiting exemplary leadership skills.

Coach Wally Brooks is recognized by Jack Allen at the Ranger College Board of Regents meeting for 500 wins. Coach Brooks coaches the Ranger College Volleyball team. This year the team participated in the Regional Tournament in Dallas .
